| Within less than a week, we will be celebrating the Global BA Day on the 1st of November. What can you expect? A 24-hour event with a lot of speakers, networking and ceremonies. Your IIBA Brussels Chapter has been nominated twice this year: for the Volunteer of the year award for our President, Filip Hendrickx, as well as for the Professional development award. Being proud of this nominations, we are also happy to announce our 5th edition of the BABOK Study Group. You can already have a look at our hybrid introduction session on the 6th of December. Best regards,
Your IIBA Brussels Chapter |

|
In her workshops on Creating Product Focus, Julia Müller showed that it is useful NOT to do many things, limit your backlog, and move the lot to a funnel (idea list) next to the backlog. Product Focus means saying NO! And if you missed Tom Henricksen's story on "Humans are hard, Code is easy," check out the recording and learn why and how to increase your influence through communication and relationships.
