Why do projects fail? We shared our business analysis perspective for Data News earlier this month. Some of our take-aways: ✔ Already include business analysis in the pre-phase of the project to identify the business needs. ✔ Prioritize and focus on the elements which deliver value. ✔ Focus on the problem and not on the solution. ✔ A change management approach will boost the project’s’ succes.
