We're excited to kick off a new school year and reconnect with our amazing community. Whether you're a returning parent or new to Taylor, your involvement is vital to our success.

** Every $250 donation includes a yearbook at the end of the year! **

There's still time to join the PTA before our first general meeting! While everyone is welcome to join our general meetings to learn about what the PTA has planned throughout the year, only members are allowed to vote on PTA business.

By getting involved at your child's school you'll be part of the solution, helping to make positive changes. Local PTAs play an important role in fundraising to provide building improvements, curriculum-based programs, social events - all vital to a school's (and students') success.

    Yes on Measure J

    Dear Taylor Families,

I hope the first few days of school are off to a great start.  We know there is a lot of national buzz around the November 5 election but did you know the Millbrae School District has a BIG measure on the ballot as well?

Measure J is an important bond measure that our schools need in order to make much needed facilities and infrastructure updates that could NOT happen without funding from a bond.

    A few quick facts:

    • The bond measure would raise $95 million for our school facilities and infrastructure.  Previously, the state has funded about 40% of school repairs and construction; this is now 100% the responsibility of school communities!  Every student in all our five schools deserve to be in safe, up to date classrooms and school grounds.

    • We need a 55% YES vote to pass.  The district's last attempt to pass this bond in 2022 fell short by just about 70 votes!  We have a powerful school community - let’s aim to WIN Measure J for the benefit of our students.

    What we need from you:

We cannot stress how important it is to get this bond passed - we cannot make necessary repairs and improvements to our schools without it.  Every helping hand and every vote matters.

Please reach out to the campaign chair, Joy Pasamonte Henry, if you have any questions!
