What are Story Circles?

(Up to 12 participants) Story Circles are a community-building experience to share brief personal stories on themes of life, death, grief, healing, loss, and change. In turn, each person spontaneously shares a 2-3 minute personal story on a common theme as others listen attentively in engaged silence. Once all participants have shared their story, the Circle concludes with a conversation of the common threads between stories and connections made between tellers. What are Healing Circles?

(4-6 participants) Our deepest dive into grief and life support. Healing Circles are confidential small groups that meet monthly for 4-5 sessions to explore the depths of personal grief, change, and healing. Small group members engage in a contemplative, deep listening process with one another as each member shares about their losses, grief, insights, and breakthroughs in the healing process. After each person shares, the Circle members reflect on the unique healing wisdom revealed in each person’s personal journey with grief, loss, and change. Sign up and orientation meeting is required.
