OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT TRUMP February 26, 2025, Dear Mr President, An hour ago Calin Georgescu was arrested, on his way to submit his new bid for the presidency of Romania. This came three hours after 47 families were raided violently at 6 am, because they support Calin. We ask you to please intervene with power. Romania cannot remain under the cruel tyranny of these lawless criminals. They abolish every rule of law, war against the constitution, make false statements and destroy democracy, while committing countless crimes against humanity.
