Additionally, she completed a research internship at National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. She is currently a diagnostic product specialist at Bioguard Corporation in Taiwan.

Prof. Dr. Adriano de Oliveira Torres Carrasco holds a DVM and a master's degree from UNESP Jaboticabal and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from USP São Paulo, Brazil. He is currently an Associate Professor at the State University of Central West Paraná (UNICENTRO). In addition, he serves as the Director of the Veterinary School Clinic “Prof. Dr. Marcos Vinicius Tranquilim” (CEVET/UNICENTRO) and the Coordinator of the Infectious and Parasitic Diseases Laboratory (LADIP/UNICENTRO). His areas of expertise include microbiology, immunology, infectious diseases, and feline medicine.
