Building a snowman is for Christmas, but building self-esteem, confidence and positivity in young people lasts all year round.

This year's Christmas Appeal is to raise £2,500 for new courses in schools that will make a huge difference to young people struggling with their mental health. Like 'Faith', who wrote the things above on the snowmen. At the beginning of the course she felt anxious and shy, but by the end she felt Be Me had helped her to be happier, more confident and more hopeful. Check out more of our snowmen pictures from our participants on Instagram and Facebook.

Can you make a small donation to our appeal? £2,500 would enable us to run 4 new courses in schools, bringing warmth, joy and light into 20 lives. We urgently need to reach more young people, there are so many who are struggling with mental health issues; nowadays we find that many of them are choosing not to go into school at all. Our courses raise their sense of self-worth, give them confidence, build new friendships and often improve their school attendance and attention.

Please give whatever you can; we recognise there are many demands on your money and we are grateful for any support you can give, however small.

Donate via the Just Giving page and you can see how we are doing against our total; please leave us a message as well if you are able!

Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas.
