Taylor Staff Winter Celebration Donations Needed!

Dear Taylor Community,

We are excited to show our Taylor Staff how appreciated they are this holiday season with two special days: Charcuterie Day and Cookie Exchange Day!!

We hope to have your help in creating these two special days:

  • Charcuterie Day on Tuesday, December 16th - A beautiful buffet of charcuterie items to graze on. NOTE: Please have items delivered to Taylor office by 10:30am.

  • Cookie Exchange Day on Wednesday, December 17th - Cookie and dessert exchange with a hot chocolate and coffee bar. Taylor Staff will each get to fill up a "dessert box" to enjoy at their convenience. NOTE: Please have items delivered to Taylor office by 10:30am.

Please preview the list of items needed (there are many choices!). Kindly take note of which day to drop off the items.

As always, thank you for all your support and generosity throughout the year! Without this community we could not host these amazing events that make the staff feel celebrated and special.

For any questions please reach out to: [email protected]

Warmly,

Taylor PTA

Holiday Toy Drive

Join us in supporting our Interact Cub and Central County Fire Department Holiday Toy Drive!

We're collecting new, unwrapped toys for children right here in our community. Your generous donation will help bring holiday joy and make this season special for a child in need.

Drop off new, unwrapped toys in the front lobby of Taylor by Friday, December 19, or at Station 38 (785 Crestview Dr. Millbrae) by Wednesday, December 24.

Thank you for your kindness!

Dear Taylor families,

We’re excited to share that the Taylor PTA has raised $45,000 toward our $50,000 goal — we’re only $5,000 away from our goal!

If you haven’t joined yet, there’s still time to make a difference. For every $250 donation made by April 30, you’ll receive a free yearbook as a thank-you for your support.

Your contribution helps make our Taylor community stronger by funding:

  • Classroom supplies & equipment
  • Teacher and staff support
  • PBIS (Positive Behavioral Intervention & Support) programs
  • Staff appreciation events
  • Technology equipment updates and needs
  • Parent information meetings
  • Student safety supplies
  • Grade-specific enrichment events

Every dollar directly benefits our students, teachers, and school community. Thank you for helping us reach our goal and for your continued support!

    With gratitude,
    Taylor PTA

    Music Needs Your Help!

    Dear music parents,

Taylor has a wonderful music program thanks to teacher Amanda Negrete, who works endless days coordinating lots of moving parts and teaching the students. Every year she also relies on a dedicated group of parents who volunteer their time and efforts to help her. We are asking all Taylor music parents to help keep this volunteer group going this year.  As the saying goes, "many hands make light work."

The main goals of the music parent volunteer group is to help with fundraising and concerts. The Winter Concert is fast approaching on December 10th at Mills High School. Ms. Amanda would truly appreciate help from volunteers to help set up, sell concessions, and other tasks during the concert. Please e-mail if you're interested in helping out with the concert or other activities during the year. We also hope to find some parent leads to help with organizing volunteer events. If you're interested, let us know!

Please e-mail us using the button below to get connected. Let's work together to provide a great year to our music students. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Musically,
    Taylor Music parents
