• Synopsis: Set in modern-day Chicago, a secret faction of angelic warriors battle demons that threaten the city. When a horde of vampires go on a killing spree, a failing recruit sets off to wipe them out and prove himself worthy of entering the ranks of The Dominion.

  • Bloodbound is a love letter to classic TV shows like BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, SUPERNATURAL, and CHARMED.

Character Breakdown

1. Orlando: Men, Trans Men, Non-Binary Folks, 25-35 - A smart, tech-savvy, young member of The Dominion. He deeply cares for those he loves and will protect them at all costs. An excellent fighter who uses the technological weapons he engineers. He has been in a relationship with Marcus since they were teenagers, deeply in love but sometimes at war with each other.

2. Reyna: Women, Trans Women, Non-Binary Folks, 35-45 - The high-class, sassy vampire lord. She leads the group of vampires that have nestled in Chicago. Quick-witted, fierce with a slight child-like quality, Reyna always demands to be the center of attention. She can be quite dangerous when she needs to be.

3. Vallarus: Men, Trans Men, Non-Binary Folks, 40-50 - A mysterious sorcerer who is one of the leaders of the Underworld. With the help of Reyna and her vampires, he unearths an ancient prophecy. Dominated by the need to decipher this prophecy, Vallarus will go to extremes to get it right.

4. Nathaniel: Men, Trans Men, Non-Binary Folks, 20-30 - The spiteful, dangerous, sarcastic vampire. He is Reyna’s pet and has a “bad-boy” type personality.

5. Erik - Men, Trans Men, Non-Binary Folks, 45-60 - The hardened, stern, and demanding leader of the Chicago faction of The Dominion

6. Deirdre: Women, Trans Women, Non-Binary Folks, 45-60 - The sharp and rigid inquisitor to The Dominion. As a member of The Covenant, the ruling council of The Dominion, she outranks Erik. She was Marcus’s trainer and always demanded perfection from him.

7. Rachel: Women, Trans Women, Non-Binary Folks, 20-30s - An excellent fighter and member of The Dominion. Strong and athletic.
