  • You have 12 water spigots as shown above, and must install 12 sprinklers.

  • You must place one sprinkler next to each spigot (horizontally or vertically), on a space with a letter, or an empty space.

  • Sprinklers may not touch, even diagonally, or the grapevines will be too wet!

  • The numbers on the outside show how many sprinklers your boss wants in each row and column.

"Souling' was a medieval precursor to Trick-or-treating. In this Christian tradition, mainly children and the poor would go door to door, offering prayers for the dead in exchange for raisin bread. These were called "Soul Cakes"; small cakes with raisins and spices.
