Scripture Reflection Forgiveness frees us from being controlled by anger. It is not about the other person—it is about releasing ourselves.
Historical Voice – Desmond Tutu “Without forgiveness there is no future.”
Questions How does forgiveness bring freedom? What does “overcoming evil with good” look like? What happens when we hold onto resentment?
Practice Write a letter (not sent) expressing your desire to release resentment.
