10 years of Searious Solutions |
|
21st March marked a big milestone: 10 years of Searious Business! To celebrate a decade of doing better, we’ve been running our Worst Ever Packaging Challenge — inviting our network to share real-world packaging disasters and showing how they can be redesigned into smarter, circular solutions. The campaign brings our way of working to life: practical, cost-saving, and focused on real impact. 👉 Follow the campaign and see the solutions on LinkedIn

In Fiji, our Product Stewardship Scheme work is moving into the details. We’re finalising economic modelling on fee structures, deposit options, system costs, and collection scenarios, while preparing upcoming in‑country visits to engage ministries, ports, beverage producers, and retailers on the practical pathway to implementation. The focus is firmly on turning policy intent into a system that can work on the ground. 👉 Read more about our work on Product Stewardship and EPR in Fiji on our website

This month, RePLHA took a step closer to the market, visiting brands and retailers to shape a reusable transport packaging system for large household appliances. These conversations are helping define what an interoperable, pooled system needs to look like in practice, confirming that collaboration across the value chain is essential to make reuse work at scale. 👉 Learn more about RePLHA and how to get involved on our website

Plastic Waste Free Tourism |

This month, Searious Business shared its Plastic Waste Free Tourism toolkits with the UNEP Intercity Network, supporting cities working to prevent plastic pollution at the source. The toolkits help translate policy ambition into practical action for tourism destinations, from hotels and operators to local authorities, focusing on upstream solutions that reduce waste before it is created. 👉 Explore our Plastic Waste Free Tourism tools on our website
