| | The TechCORE2 Summer 2026 PAID H.S. Interns and TBC Interns will be participating in the inaugural Youth Investment Club (YiC) this summer. All students will receive investment education and with their Parents / Guardians permission, they will be able to invest 10% - 20% of their earnings this summer.
Joel Wilson founded both TechCORE2 and IBB Investment Group, LLC [ibBIG] Investment Club. An investment club is a self-managed group of people who pool their money to invest together. Each member may help make investment decisions. (article) |

Our mission is To Develop a Tech Industry Opportunity Pipeline for Urban Youth from Kindergarten-to-College-to-Career Entry! Joel Wilson is the Founder and Executive Director of TechCORE2. Mr. Wilson obtained a B.S. in Computer Science and a Certificate in African-American Studies (36-credits) from the University of Maryland College Park (UMCP) in 1992.
