| | June is probably the month where we were able to make the most visible progress of the whole year yet. At the start there were very little parts of our bike in the workshop. | | On June 2nd, the team headed north to attend Tech Event NoordNL. This event serves as a central hub for companies and innovators in the northern region of the Netherlands to connect, share knowledge, and strengthen regional collaboration. For us, it was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our mission and catch up on the latest technological developments in the industry. We spent the day engaging in some great conversations with fellow tech enthusiasts and industry professionals. The energy at the event was high, and it was rewarding to see so much shared passion for innovation and engineering. As a fun bonus, we even ran into our rider’s father while exploring the event! The highlight of our visit was connecting with an exciting new company that is very eager to help accelerate our development. New partner: Elect Hightech Electronics |

This month, we have assembled a lot of different PCBs, something that would not have been possible without our new partner, Elect Hightech Electronics in Weerselo. Elect assembles high-quality PCBs, modules, and systems, from prototype to series production. After meeting Kevin and Remco at the NoordNL Tech Event it went really fast, and the first assembled PCBs came off their line within no time. We are very happy with the openness and willingness Elect has welcomed us, taking the assembly work off our hands to make sure we can focus on other things. Thank you to the whole team at Elect! |

| | The chassis team has made progress on many fronts, such as the subframe, swingarm, frame and battery pack. With the frame and swingarm coming back from the welder, the engineers were able to combine it with the battery casing to create a big part of the chassis already. For the subframe, layers of glass fibre are added to the positive of the mold in order to create the positive. The carbon fibre testpiece of the tail was already completed, after which it was stresstested thoroughly by our engineer as can be seen in the picture. |

On the powertrain side of things, June was the month in which all of the PCBs we have worked on for the past time went from design to physical product. This required us to finalise and triple-check our design, ready it for PCB production, order components, and then ready it for assembly. We are now testing the individual PCBs for the final time, after which we will integrate the systems and continue testing even more.

But that is not the only thing we have done this month. We have finished spotwelding the first module of our battery pack, meaning we can start testing it and also using it to test other systems at higher power. Thanks to the quick assembly of our temperature Flex-PCBs, we are also already busy integrating our new CMUs in the battery pack, all with the goal of readying it for our first full bike dyno test. |

The software side of the team has been working on the code for our Battery Management System. The new SD-card slot needs to be integrated, and we have worked on cleaner and more reliable code for the CMUs. Their function is to measure cell temperatures, measure cell voltages, and balance these voltages to maximise the working capacity of the full pack. A lot of products have been arriving at the office for the cable tree, things like many different types of connectors and cables. The charger also received an upgrade, so it can charge the pack up to 3 times as fast. Next month, the powertrain subteam will do a lot of testing to make sure we are ready for the first dyno tests at the end of the month. |

As our recruitment partner, Erik visited our workshop to provide us with an interactive CV training session. During the session, we analysed our current resumes to identify areas for improvement. Erik shared practical insights on how to effectively highlight our experience as student team members, ensuring our profiles stand out to future employers. |

| | Electricity powers our motorcycle, but coffee powers our team. Liefveld Coffee keeps us going during long days in the workshop by providing us with our coffee machine, fresh beans, tea, and everything else we need. Thanks for keeping the team fueled and sharp! |

| | Now that the pieces of the puzzle are coming in one by one, it is time to connect them together to complete the bike all together. The upcoming period will mainly consist of assembling the parts together, implementing all the electronics within the rolling frame, and eventually testing! |

| | As our final event, we have our Motor Reveal planned where we show all the updates and milestones we achieved this year, together with the finalised motor to show.
