Global efforts to tackle plastic pollution continue as heads of delegation meet in Nairobi to resume talks on the UN plastics treaty. These closed-door discussions aim to address the most challenging questions, hopefully including harmful chemicals, design requirements, financing mechanisms, and potentially a cap on plastic production.
