Hi again!

I once left a course knowing some brilliant information. I felt clever. Three months later, however, nothing in my life had changed.

Yes, I’ve made this mistake myself. I have collected knowledge and courses the way some people collect stamps. Without it touching how I actually lived.

Maybe you’ve felt that too: all that learning, and still the same old patterns running the show.

Here’s what I didn’t understand at the time: knowledge and information don’t create change. They just add to what we know. Change comes from something else entirely: practice, feedback, self-awareness, and a felt experience of how the mind actually works.

Not more input. More contact with your own experience.

Here’s a question worth sitting with: are you practicing new things and persevering with them or merely gathering understanding?

Practice doesn't have to be a big doing. Sometimes it’s simply the practice of being still and present, and noticing what’s true right now.

Wishing you happy success,

Steve.

By the way...
