Hi again!

You’ve read the books. You’ve even done the work — and not changed.

I hear this a lot from clients who are technically doing everything right. They know the theory. They’ve put in the hours. And yet something still feels unfinished — like they’re building on sand rather than rock.

Here’s what I've noticed, over years of coaching: real grounding in anything you want to achieve rests on three foundations, not one.

There’s knowledge grounding — knowing the what, how, and why.

There’s experiential grounding — the felt experience of actually doing the thing.

And there’s emotional grounding — using your emotions as intelligence, not just noise to manage.

Most of us over-invest in the first, get some of the second, and almost entirely skip the third. That’s usually where the shakiness comes from.

Here’s a question worth sitting with: in the thing you're working toward right now, which of these three are you actually building — and which have you quietly been skipping?

Wishing you happy success,

Steve.

By the way...
